What a WONDERFUL experience. Jackie Hammond at CruiseOne was very helpful to me and my family and found us the perfect cruise. She was very professional, knowledgeable, and great to work with. She welcomed all of our questions, and gave us fast answers. And since this was the first cruise for all of us, we had about a million questions; and Jackie, very patiently, was able to find answers to all of them. She spent a great deal of time with us planning just the right accommodations. And because of that, we couldn’t have asked for a better vacation. The itinerary was fantastic, the ship was grande, and every detail went extremely smooth -- overall it was a fabulous experience, and one in which we hope to repeat sometime in the near future. Top notch Service from Jackie and Cruise One
Jackie with Cruise One was instrumental in making our first cruise fabulous. Jackie was professional, easy to talk to but most importantly a great listener. We have two small children (ages 2 and 4) at home so the opportunity for romantic time for mommy and daddy is few and far in between. Jackie listened to our needs and wants and customized a trip we won’t soon forget. She found us a bargain with Celebrity. It was money well spent and I really look at it as an investment in our marriage. Jackie gave me lots of answers to my first time cruiser questions as well as information only she as an experienced cruiser herself could know. Jackie’s personalized service was top notch. She really took care of us and guided us through the entire process. I really felt she was just as excited for our trip as we were. And the service didn’t stop after our trip. My only regret is that we didn’t book with Jackie and Cruise One sooner. I can whole heartedly recommend Jackie and George Hammond for all of your cruising needs. We are already looking at Alaska for our next cruise and I have total confidence in Jackie and Cruise One to get us there in style.

provided my family, friends, and I with excellent travel service. They were always available to talk to and answer questions that we had. I have been to the Caribbean and to Europe and the accommodations that they arranged for me were breathtaking. They made sure that we were taken care of from the moment we booked the trip, walked into the airport, to the second we walked off the plane to either stay on a cruise ship or various bed and breakfasts.
